During my recent stay at the Holiday Inn Birmingham M6, Jct 7, I found the experience to meet expectations overall. The modern and clean rooms made for a comfortable stay, and the breakfast selection was particularly impressive, offering a wide variety of options. However, I did encounter some noise disturbance due to the slamming doors that affected my sleep, and although the staff were generally friendly, there were a couple of instances where service felt a bit lacking in attentiveness.
